A street team is a collection of fans that actively promote a band. These invaluable individuals may help by passing out flyers, stickers, and/or promotional demos. They may start chat networks about the band on the internet, or create fan sites devoted to them. In exchange, street team members receive free promotional merchandise, free admission to shows when possible, and the undying gratitude from the band.

BLOODROOT is interested in creating a street team and is open to assistance and suggestions from any fan that wishes to help. To register, fill out the following form. Of course we will never sell or rent your personal info. Spam sucks.

Job:
You can either download or be mailed promotional material (tapes, CD's, flyers, stickers, posters, etc.) You will then pass them out to friends, people at shows you go to, record stores, at school, skate shops, parties or any other place that you can think of that would have people who might enjoy BLOODROOT music. We also ask that you call your local radio stations and request your favorite BLOODROOT there as well and email rock webzines and tell them about the band.

Purpose:
The purpose of joining the Street Team is to PROMOTE the band. You should be passionate about the band and music, and want to know that you played a vital role in the success of the band. WE DO NEED TO HEAR FEEDBACK FROM ALL STREET TEAM MEMBERS......... this means that we need to know what you are doing with the material that we send you. We need to know which stores you are putting the flyers in, which shows you are handing the flyers out at (clubs and bands that played there), Write down names and addresses. Also whether the people you are getting the materials to have heard of the band before, etc. For now, BLOODROOT finances everything ourselves and cannot afford to send stuff that sits around and doesn't get out and around. We do not have a record company paying for the stuff we send you, we pay for it and unfortunately it's not always cheap.
